1. The "Air Foil"

We eliminate the slow, expensive timber framing that rots and burns. Instead, we use a Single-Use Pneumatic Air Foil.

• The Process: A custom-engineered, high-pressure membrane is inflated on-site. It acts as a "balloon formwork," creating the perfect geometric shape of your home using nothing but air pressure.

• The Benefit: Build in weeks, not months. Create sweeping, open interiors with zero load-bearing walls. You can hang second floor from the building creating huge open floor plans.

• The Finish: The exterior can be finished in stucco, tile, metal, wood, epoxy paint, you name it. We can craete a custom look that suits your specific style choices and is 100% customizable.

2. Closed-Cell Polyurethane Foam: The Thermal Blanket

A thick layer (4-6 inches or 10-15 cm) of closed-cell polyurethane foam is sprayed directly onto the interior surface. This is not standard residential insulation; it is a high-density, commercial-grade material that fundamentally changes how the home performs.

• Superior R-Value: Closed-cell foam offers one of the highest insulation values per inch available in the construction industry (approximately R-7 per inch). It completely seals the structure, eliminating drafts and energy leaks.

• The "Thermal Battery" Effect: By placing this continuous layer of closed-cell insulation on the outside of the concrete shell, the concrete is protected from external temperature swings. The concrete absorbs your interior heating or cooling, acting as a massive "thermal battery" that keeps the home perfectly temperate year-round with minimal HVAC usage.

• Moisture & Mold Eradication: The "closed-cell" structure means the foam is dense and non-porous. It does not absorb water and prevents condensation from forming within the walls, entirely eliminating the risk of mold and mildew.

• Structural Rigidity: As the foam cures and hardens against the PVC airform, it acts as a rigid, structural substrate. This provides the stable foundation necessary to attach our basalt rebar grid, EMP Aegis™ System and apply the final layers of monolithic shotcrete.

For clients requiring ultimate security, we integrate a dedicated Electromagnetic Shielding Mesh. This goes in the exterior walls allowing wifi inside the home to flow smoothly. Excellent choice for an underground facility or a separate structure to house electronics or valuable data servers.
